Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.

5 years’ work experience leading large scale technology development efforts.

Demonstrated understanding of software development and design.

Demonstration of effective leadership, project management, negotiation, planning and organizing skills.

Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate in writing and in person.

Demonstration of effective interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Proficiency in the following tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint.
